I recommend it to the trainers around me because it's a tool I genuinely use, and use well.
I wasn't using it just so I'd have something to talk about — it was already part of how I run my sessions and look after my clients, and being an ambassador grew out of that.
What I like most is that it helps my clients on the days they train without me.
There were sessions I never wrote up properly because I told myself I had no time. Since I started using it, I can send the session and the movement cues back to them, cleanly laid out.
They can go back and check it whenever they want, so it's genuinely useful to them outside of our sessions.
Managing clients got much easier on my side too, which is why I've kept using it.
It worked for me, so I'd like plenty of other trainers to give it a try.
From trainers who send notes with it every day

Ko Hyun-jong
Gangdong, Seoul · Misa, Hanam
“What sold me is that it doesn't pad my notes with filler — it works only from the feedback I actually gave. My clients light up the moment they get it, and honestly that puts me in a good mood too. I can feel the difference in renewals.”

Kim Dong-chan
Dongdaemun, Seoul
“My clients tell me they feel genuinely looked after, which is a great feeling on my side of it. I jot the session down in a minute and the write-up comes back with it. The reaction from clients has been fantastic.”

Han Na-young
Gwanak, Seoul
“Being able to log the exercise, the weight and the reps all in one pass was the biggest win. I especially like that it pulls out the cues to watch for, and my clients say it helps a lot on the days they train alone.”

Jeon Hong-jae
Maegyo, Suwon
“I used to burn real time and energy writing notes after every session — this made it genuinely easy. The movement demos help my clients remember what we did, and having volume calculated for me means I can see when someone's overreaching. Couldn't ask for more.”

Choi Jae-young
Banpo, Seoul
“Every friction point I had with managing clients got solved at once. Best of all, they can open it straight from a link — the feedback I've gotten because of that alone keeps me using it.”

Kim Tae-young
Dongdaemun, Seoul
“I've tried plenty of logging apps. This is the first one that felt like it was actually organizing the training. I type it in, it comes back as a report — so you see the arc of the program, not just a list of sets.”

Yeo Jung-su
Unyang-dong, Gimpo
“One week in and my clients could not be happier. They say it finally feels like they're being coached, and that it's great to have on hand when they train on their own.”

Kang Jun-hyun
Gwanak, Seoul
“It's easy to use, and the write-up lets me get my point across more clearly and in fewer words. Clients tell me the report format makes it easy to take in at a glance.”

What your client sees
They tap the link you sent and it opens. No account, no password, nothing to download. This is what's left on their phone after the session.
Meals
Your client posts what they ate and your phone buzzes. Nailed it, or a little off — a single line is enough. The conversation keeps going on the days you don't see them.
They post, you get a notification

Days on their own
Workouts your client logs alone stack up on your screen alongside yours. Beat a previous set and it's flagged as a record — so you already know what to open with next time.
Personal records flagged automatically

Everything so far
Session notes and solo workouts collect into a single calendar. This is the screen your client opens when they're deciding whether to renew.

Next session
Your client picks a first and second choice, you tap assign. The thread that starts with “when are you free?” goes away.

One client who stays on is worth more than a year of this.

What you see
Writing it down is the only thing we ask of you. Laying it out, flagging who needs a nudge, fitting the week's schedule together — that's our side.
Three minutes
Put in the lifts and the weight, then say what you saw in your own words. Nothing gets invented — only what you wrote, laid out so your client can actually read it.
Type it yourself, or let autocomplete draft it

Nothing slips
Whoever's running low on sessions, whoever hasn't been in for a while — sorted for you on the home screen. You can see who's opened the notes you sent, too.
No more messaging the whole roster

One client
Body composition over time, working weight by lift, and the workouts and meals they posted themselves — all in one place. Anything new since you last looked is marked.
